Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Senior D365 Business Central Functional Consultant in Gauteng to lead end-to-end ERP implementations for a full-service ERP consulting firm. You will drive project lifecycle, configure BC modules, and deliver training and documentation while fostering client partnerships.

You should have 5+ years of D365 BC deployment experience, strong BC module knowledge, and Power BI proficiency to enable data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Mandatory tertiary qualification.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of implementation experience with end-to-end D365 Business Central projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all core Business Central modules.
• Ability to translate technical jargon into business value for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Power BI reporting and data visualization.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Partner with clients to gather requirements and guide BC functionality.
• Configure BC modules across Finance, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Service Management, CRM, and Fixed Assets.
• Develop and deliver user training and documentation for seamless adoption.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical teams.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards integrated with BC.
