Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join a fully remote security operations team. You will monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of digital assets from your home office.

You will analyze security incidents, conduct vulnerability assessments, and develop risk mitigation strategies while staying current with threats and technologies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or threat analysis.
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and common attack vectors.
• Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are desirable.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to work autonomously remotely.
