Qualifications

• Extensive coaching experience in youth or elite development.
• CSA Level 2+ or ECB Level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of cricket techniques and game analysis.
• Proven ability to identify and nurture talent at high levels.
• Leadership, communication and motivation skills.
• Experience coordinating training schedules and tours.
• Willing to relocate to Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of advanced coaching programs for academy players.

• Provide expert coaching in batting, bowling, fielding, and wicket-keeping.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a cricket coach, with a strong background in youth or elite player development.
• Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., Cricket South Africa Level 2 or higher, ECB Level 3 or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of cricket techniques, strategies, and game analysis.
• Proven ability to identify and nurture talent at high levels.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating training schedules.
