Qualifications

• CSA Level 3 or equivalent coaching certification required.
• 8+ years coaching experience with athlete development track record.
• Deep knowledge of cricket rules, techniques and strategies.
• Proven ability to inspire, motivate and lead youth athletes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in scouting and talent identification.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., Cricket South Africa Level 3 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years of coaching experience at junior and/or senior levels, with demonstrated success in athlete development.
• In‑depth knowledge of cricket rules, techniques, strategies, and player development principles.
• Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead young athletes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience in scouting and talent identification.
• Strong understanding of sports psychology and player well‑being.
• Ability to plan and manage team schedules and logistics.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• A genuine passion for cricket and youth development.
