We are seeking a Creditors Clerk for a 12-month contract based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

1. Grade 12 with at least 5 years working experience in creditors control
2. Excellent creditors’ reconciliation skills
3. Knowledge of accounting principles & creditors control
4. Good ability on Pastel & Excel
5. Good communication skills and in-depth reconciliation ability

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Handle creditor queries
2. Accurate invoice capturing, processing and payments of creditors
3. Accurate creditor reconciliations before processing
4. Preparing necessary paperwork for supplier payments
5. Ensure policies and procedures are followed
6. Ensure journals are posted and approved

Salary: Market related for the contract duration
