A leading company is looking for a Senior Creditors Clerk in Alberton to manage financial processes efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing invoices, handling creditor reconciliations, and communicating with suppliers. POSITION : SENIOR CREDITORS CLERK

SALARY R25 000CTC

Location : Alberton

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Accounting qualification (advantageous).
• SYSPRO Knowledge and experience (essential).
• Experience within a finance environment.
• Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English on all levels (essential).
• Must be punctual (essential).

DUTIES

Main duties will include, but not limited to the following :

Capturing and matching of invoices.

Complete creditor applications (suppliers).

Clearing GRN Suspense account daily.

Corresponding with suppliers i.r.o settlement discounts / returned stock, etc.

Creditors pay runs monthly, etc.

Creditor reconciliation monthly.

Assist the finance department and auditors as required.

Filing of documentation.
