Job summary

Weaver Fintech Ltd seeks a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to turn fragmented data into profitable lending decisions across BNPL and retail loans, building a single view of the customer.

You will own the model lifecycle for application, behavioural, affordability and fraud-propensity scorecards, and will integrate bureau, internal and alternative data sources while optimizing origination rules.

Qualifications

• Experience building and validating credit risk scorecards.
• Ability to integrate bureau, internal and alternative data sources.
• Strong understanding of BNPL and retail loan risk.
• Experience with model risk and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end model lifecycle for BNPL and retail loan portfolios.
• Design and monitor scorecards for application, behavioural and affordability.
• Develop data pipelines and consolidate data across silos.
• Lead champion/challenger and A/B testing for strategy changes.
