Job summary

Weaver Fintech Ltd is seeking an experienced Creative Lead – Design to lead a team of designers, elevate work quality, and turn creative strategy into brilliant execution across our brands. You will mentor designers, partner with the Head of Creative, and own day-to-day design quality while remaining hands-on across campaigns and channels.

The role requires 7+ years of design experience at senior levels and strong leadership, with advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience at Senior Designer/Art Director level with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop designers in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Figma skills are essential; strong typography and visual storytelling.
• Experience across fintech, financial services or digital-first settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of designers with clear direction and feedback.
• Translate creative and brand strategy into strong, effective work.
• Own day-to-day design quality and creative execution across the studio.
• Stay hands-on designing and art directing priority campaigns and projects.
• Lead creative from concept through to final execution across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates and assets in Figma.
