Job summary

Weaver Fintech Ltd is seeking an experienced Creative Lead – Design to guide a talented team and elevate multi-channel work. This senior designer will translate strategy into bold, cohesive executions across digital, social, web, product, and print, while remaining hands-on in design and art direction.

The role requires leadership, strong portfolio, and mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a track record of delivering high-quality, multi-channel creative in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' design experience at Senior Designer, Design Lead or Art Director level with 2+ years leading designers.
• Proven experience managing and developing designers.
• Advanced Figma skills are essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong multimedia capability including motion, video and digital design.
• Excellent conceptual thinking, art direction, typography and visual storytelling.
• A strong portfolio showing high-quality multi-channel creative work.
• Experience in fast-paced in-house, agency, fintech, financial services or digital-first environments.
• Confidence to present ideas, challenge constructively and make creative decisions.
• Ability to balance leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on design.
• Help Head of Creative build a collaborative, ambitious design team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of designers with clear direction and feedback.
• Partner with Head of Creative to translate brand strategy into strong work.
• Own day-to-day design quality and creative execution across the studio.
• Remain hands-on, designing and art directing priority campaigns.
• Lead from concept through final execution across digital, social, CRM, web, product, print and internal channels.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates and brand assets in Figma.
• Collaborate with Copy, Marketing, Product and other teams to deliver joined-up creative.
• Review work to ensure high creative and brand standards.
• Improve design processes, tools and templates, including emerging AI capabilities.
