Job description

As a Senior Creative Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating client's marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate their brand messages across various channels.

Your expertise in graphic design, including the creation of campaigns and 3D mock-ups, combined with your ability to think strategically, will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conceptualize and design visually captivating and brand-aligned graphics, including but not limited to logos, brochures, websites, social media assets, infographics, banners, and other marketing collaterals.
  2. Develop and execute creative campaigns that integrate across multiple platforms, such as print, digital, social media, and experiential marketing.
  3. Create 3D mock-ups and visualizations to effectively showcase product designs and marketing materials in a realistic and impactful manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and account managers, to understand client requirements and develop design concepts that meet their objectives.
  5. Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and 3D rendering, and incorporate innovative and creative design techniques into projects.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
  8. Conduct regular design reviews to ensure design consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and overall quality assurance.
  9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines.
  10. Communicate and present design concepts to clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and incorporating client feedback to deliver exceptional designs.
  11. Collaborate with developers and 3D artists to ensure seamless integration of design elements and 3D mock-ups into websites, digital platforms, and presentations.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of client industries, target audiences, and competitor landscapes to inform effective design strategies.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a graphic designer in an agency.
  3. Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design, including campaigns and 3D mock-ups, showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
  4. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant software.
  5. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
  6. Experience in creating and executing integrated campaigns across various platforms.
  7. In-depth knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies in graphic design, 3D rendering, and digital media.
  8. Ability to think strategically and translate marketing objectives into impactful visual designs.
  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive feedback gracefully.
  10. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire junior designers.
