Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Hyaluronic Acid-based).
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess suitability, discuss desired outcomes, and manage expectations.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform advanced dermal therapies such as chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and infection control are maintained.
• Monitor client progress post-treatment and provide detailed aftercare instructions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements, techniques, and best practices in cosmetic injectables and dermal therapy.
• Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to ensure optimal client care.
• Contribute to client acquisition and retention through excellent service and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client medical records.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent medical qualification with valid South African practicing license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in performing cosmetic injectable procedures (neurotoxins and fillers).
• Proven experience in performing advanced dermal therapies.
• In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and current cosmetic trends.
• Exceptional hand-eye coordination, precision, and artistic ability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client consultation skills.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and professional development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in managing aesthetic clinic operations is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to George.
