Our client, a prestigious luxury aesthetic clinic in Sandton , is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner . This role requires a medical professional with advanced expertise in performing a comprehensive range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and advanced skin rejuvenation therapies. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth client consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, administering treatments with precision, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. As a Senior NP, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff, contributing to clinical protocols, and maintaining the clinic's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate is an artistic, detail-oriented, and clinically astute practitioner dedicated to achieving natural-looking, beautiful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments, medical history reviews, and aesthetic consultations.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans using a variety of cosmetic injectables (e.g., hyaluronic acid fillers, botulinum toxins).
• Administer advanced treatments such as thread lifts, biostimulators, and energy-based devices for skin rejuvenation.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and procedural integrity.
• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment education and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records in accordance with medical standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements, techniques, and emerging trends in cosmetic medicine.
• Mentor, train, and supervise junior nurses and aesthetician staff.

Requirements

• Valid registration and license as a Nurse Practitioner with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 7 years specializing in cosmetic injectables and aesthetic procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of facial anatomy, cosmetic science, and various aesthetic product lines.
• Proven expertise in performing advanced injection techniques and managing potential complications.
• Exceptional hand-eye coordination, precision, and an artistic eye for facial aesthetics.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
