Job summary

WNS (Holdings) Limited is seeking a Call Centre Agent (Senior Associate) - Travel GDS Expert in Cape Town. The role requires experience with Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo GDS systems, and the ability to serve international clients in a 24/7 environment.

You will handle bookings, changes, and refunds while delivering high CSAT scores. The ideal candidate has a strong travel background, excellent English communication, and a customer-first mindset, with a proven track record in corporate travel

Qualifications

Prior travel industry experience is required.
Candidates must be able to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and shifts.
Strong command of English, written and spoken.
Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is essential.
Experience in international travel and ticketing is required.

Responsibilities

Work as a travel consultant helping international clients using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Handle bookings, changes, and refunds with accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
Provide tailored travel recommendations to clients.
Process payments securely in line with policies.
Maintain knowledge of travel products and geography for accurate bookings.
