Job summary

A diversified retail portfolio is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive brand presence and execute communication plans. Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen TFG Money’s brand presence in-store and online, while driving account activation and growth strategies with internal TFG brands and enablers, including operations and store teams.
  • Ensure that TFG Money's communication plan is executed in line with the overall strategy and budget, including delivery, tracking, reporting, and campaign improvement.
  • Manage deliverables of stakeholders such as campaign and data teams, BI analytics, learning and development, external suppliers, and agencies to ensure all elements are briefed, content is considered, and messaging is delivered across touchpoints (SMS, email, social media, paid advertising, web updates, statements).
  • Collaborate with brands to brief and manage quoting, production, and delivery of credit marketing collateral to stores.
  • Support the building, testing, and execution of emails and landing pages for SMS campaigns.
  • Manage website content and featured campaigns.
  • Develop and deploy change management content, campaign launch instructions, and manage credit product updates and training for store, operational, and customer service teams.
  • Assist in managing customer queries and escalating complaints related to marketing campaigns and vouchers.
  • Support the team and division on strategic projects as they arise.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or qualification in a related field (Marketing, BCom, BSc).
  • CRM and data-driven marketing knowledge.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in retail or financial services is beneficial.
