• 7+ years of contracts or commercial management experience.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or an IPP environment.
• Strong knowledge of EPC, O&M, PPA or other project agreements.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and administration.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts across renewable energy projects from development through operations.
• Lead contract administration, compliance, and contractual reporting.
• Support negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and project partners.
• Manage claims, variations, and other contractual matters.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and project teams.
