Job summary

Inukapartners in Cape Town is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration and commercial risk across renewable energy projects. Based in Cape Town, you will manage contracts from development through operations and support negotiations with contractors and project partners.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in contracts or commercial management within renewable energy, infrastructure, or IPP environments, with strong knowledge of EPC, O&M, and PPA agreements and excellent

Qualifications

7+ years of contracts or commercial management experience.
Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or an IPP environment.
Strong knowledge of EPC, O&M, PPA or other project agreements.
Proven experience in contract negotiation and administration.
Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage contracts across renewable energy projects from development through operations.
Lead contract administration, compliance, and contractual reporting.
Support negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and project partners.
Manage claims, variations, and other contractual matters.
Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and project teams.
