- Manage and control non-conformities by participation and regular liaising with the quality department
- Raising system and operational NCR’s being part of the investigation root cause analysis and implementation of control measures
Drive short- and long-term planning and programming and oversee optimal document management and business reporting through SharePoint and the BOS system:
- Drive the compilation of detailed contract programme at outset of project in conjunction with detailed method statements, information required schedule, long-lead schedule and risk assessments
- Ensure the SA takes overall responsibility for short/medium term planning, the organisation of all resources and briefs project teams, contractors and suppliers
- Assist Quantity Surveyor in compilation of CSS reports and reports on the financial aspects in conjunction with the Quantity Surveyor
- Drive the compilation of a recovery programme where slippage experienced and practise customer focused approach to deliver project within contractual timelines
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor to look for profitable synergies and manages the financial integrity of projects undertaken
- Identifies, manages and minimises areas of risk and dispute
Plan, monitor and manage project costs, ensuring effective optimisation of site financial performance:
- Participate in and contributes to tender finalization meeting, ensuring all legal and commercial requirements are complied with and monitor competitive terms
- Drive quality, health and safety systems and compliance thereof
- Ensure that the financial and contractual provisions of the contract are properly interpreted and applied
- Ensure that actual contract costs are in line with agreed budgets and oversees material / labour and subcontractor budget
- Ensure and provide interpretation to support the contact implementation and in conjunction with the Quantity Surveyor, scrutinises, translates and administers the contract pack
- Ensure detection and management of delays, variations, changes and new items
- Represent company on matters of variance, claims and dispute resolution
- Close collaboration between all stakeholders and assist Client with value engineering
- Drive the compilation of detailed contract programme at outset of project in conjunction with detailed method statements, information required schedule, long-lead schedule and risk assessments
- Assist QS in compilation of CSS and attend CSS report meetings
Customer/stakeholder management:
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders

- Provide tendering, procurement and contractual assistance and expertise

- Main point of contact for clients, Site Managers and building contractors throughout the project
- Act as an expert advisor and provides astute alternatives where applicable to clients, consultants, subcontractors and senior management
- Work with the Consultant Team in a collaborative and proactive manner to ensure that we receive information timeously and understand their needs and expectations
