Job summary

Freerecruit is seeking a Contracts Manager for Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, to take overall responsibility for the delivery and commercial management of glass and aluminium construction projects from contract award through to final handover.

The role requires hands-on site leadership, strong contract knowledge (JBCC), and the ability to protect margins by managing variations, costs and client relationships while coordinating between clients, main contractors, suppliers and installation teams.

Qualifications

• A relevant construction qualification is advantageous.
• Experience with glass and aluminium projects preferred.
• Strong JBCC knowledge and contract management skills.
