Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a senior professional to oversee the development, negotiation, administration and performance of mining-related contracts with suppliers, contractors and service providers. The role focuses on managing the commercial and contractual aspects of mining projects, operations and service agreements.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and has 5–10 years’ experience across mining, engineering, construction or large-scale industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, Engineering, SCM or related field.
• 5–10 years' experience in mining, engineering, construction or large scale industrial projects.
• Professional certification in contract management, procurement or project management is advantageous.
• Ability to navigate AI programs will be an added advantage.
• Oversees the development, negotiation, administration and performance of contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of mining projects, operations and service agreements.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage mining related contracts and commercial agreements.
