Scatec is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator in Cape Town, South Africa, to be part of our global team working towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Senior Contract Administrator, you will support the Solutions organization by overseeing Contracts Administration and Quantity Surveying activities for projects in the PV, BESS, and Wind sectors. This involves working directly with Procurement, Logistic, Supply Chain, and Project Managers across various project stages, from Development to Delivery. Your role will include leading the formulation, implementation, and execution of Construction and Supply Contracts, monitoring contractual performance, and providing periodic reports to project management. Collaboration with project management, legal, supply chain, construction, and other relevant teams is essential to effectively manage contract-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting to Procurement & Logistics Manager / Supply Chain Manager / Project Manager, collaborating with legal, project control, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and team skills, be solution-oriented, proactive, ethical, and fluent in English. Personal traits include ownership, flexibility, intercultural competence, and a positive, can-do attitude.
