Role Overview and Requirements

• Conceptualize and oversee the execution of content strategies across all platforms including social, audio, and video.
• Oversee content creation for various media and business interfaces.
• Strong experience in Above The Line marketing and extensive experience in Digital Marketing and Billboards.
• Review campaigns and leverage radio and television to drive messages.
• Guide a team of specialists across brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Control expenditure and identify process improvements to reduce costs.
• Prepare reports for developing marketing plans, influencing strategies, and trend analysis.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and analyze competitors.
• Develop and oversee content execution aligned with marketing objectives.
• Manage team performance and develop collaborative relationships.
• Participate in activities for personal development and manage risks.
• Ensure continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Create solutions to meet customer demands and deliver service excellence.
• Build cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum Qualification: Relevant B Degree in Media or Graphic Design.
• Over 5 years’ experience in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge in Campaign Management, Audience Segmentation, Creative Development, Budget Management, Performance Analysis, Cross-Channel Coordination, Vendor Management.
• Strong innovation and adaptation skills.
