Placements24 seeks a Senior Consultant in Performance Management to help clients across sectors design KPI frameworks, implement balanced scorecards, and drive data-driven decision making. You will work remotely with a national client base, including teams in Mahikeng, delivering measurable performance improvements.

You will lead KPI development, monitor results, and guide stakeholders through workshops, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of performance management or related consulting.
