Placements24 is seeking an experienced Management Consultant focused on Strategy Execution to join a fully remote team serving clients in the Mahikeng, North West region. You will translate strategic vision into tangible results, aligning organizational efforts and monitoring progress from a remote setting.

In this role, you will collaborate with leadership teams to establish frameworks, track performance, and mitigate risks while adapting strategies to changing market conditions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, focusing on strategy execution or implementation.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of project management, performance management, and organizational alignment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills for virtual client engagement.
