This practice, however, does need a layer of service design and experience advisory capability, in addition to core CRM Practice capabilities, to provide the functional and “imagine” capabilities. Intention over time is to be able to scale the tech platforms as the core and work together with the rest of Consulting for missing capabilities. Deloitte’s Global Delivery Network will also become a key lever for scaling the business.

    As a Senior Consultant you will support the engagement Manager in the delivery of services to our clients on delegated engagements / projects within Customer Strategy and Design.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively support the delivery of Customer Strategy and Design projects focused on:
      • Customer strategy
      • Segmentation
      • Product innovation & design, product strategy management & delivery,
      • Growth strategy
      • Proposition design
      • Research & insights
      • Customer centred operating models
      • Data and analytics
      • Digital marketing
      • Pricing & promotions
      • Experience design
    • Leading all aspects of analysis, including managing self and work streams across a range of clients.
    • Gather and interpret client requirements in order to deliver exceptional quality to our clients by leveraging CS&D tools, methodologies and ways of working.
    • Execute initiatives efficiently and effectively, whether it be facilitating a strategy session, presenting key findings, modelling a business case, building a dashboard, optimising a customer journey or researching global best practice
    • Problem-solve in unstructured environments where the diagnosis and solution may not be clear and lateral thinking is required.
    • With the support and oversight of team members, you will take a leadership role on your work streams, overseeing teams to produce client deliverables and coaching team members.
      • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data or Computer Science, Engineering or related
      • Industry-specific qualifications or an equivalent

      Experience Required:

      A total of 4+ years working experience within a client facing environment with focus on:

      • Deep functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
        • Customer strategy
        • Segmentation
        • Product innovation & design, product strategy management & delivery,
        • Growth strategy
        • Proposition design
        • Research & insights
        • Customer centred operating models
        • Data and analytics
        • Digital marketing
        • Pricing & promotions
        • Experience design
      • Experience within a tier-one professional services firm working across Strategy projects with multi-disciplinary teams
