YOU WILL :

1. Use knowledge of Change Management and effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams.
2. Manage own activities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes.
3. Focus on quality completion of deliverables.
4. Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team.
5. Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients.
6. Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build credibility, foster your support network, and empower career development.
7. Work with prestigious clients primarily located in the London area with some travel required.
8. Join a well-established mid-sized team with opportunities for growth and a strong community of ambitious, lively, and collaborative members.
9. Nurture your personal interests with our training programme, which can be applied to development activities and growth projects.
10. Give back to your community through impactful local projects.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE :

1. Management consulting, advisory, professional services, and / or Big 4 consulting experience.
2. The ability to travel to fulfil client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.
3. An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
4. An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
5. A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large.
7. Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
8. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university.
9. A master's degree and / or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
