Job description

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
Must be registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager.
Must have 15+ years of experience in construction (Consultant-side) and project management.
Must have extensive experience in the management of project teams, including all the disciplines of engineering, architects, quantity surveyors, and main contractors.
Must have extensive experience with JBCC, FIDIC, NEC3/4, SAICE GCC, CIDB GCC, and bespoke forms of agreement.
Must have knowledge of an ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.
Must have experience with SANS standards, environmental, OHS and other legislation.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Candy CCS, and Primavera P6.
