Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Cape Town, WC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management within the PM Construction industry, specifically in industrial, commercial, residential, and retail projects across multiple disciplines.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety on job sites
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, codes, and standards
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Projects across multiple disciplines; industrial, commercial, residential, retail
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, material, and processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
