The role requires overseeing day-to-day site activities, supervising staff and contractors, coordinating materials, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

The ideal candidate brings a Trade Certificate or Diploma in construction and a minimum of 10 years’ supervisory experience, preferably on residential developments.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or diploma in construction is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ proven supervisory experience in construction.
• Residential property development experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Supervise staff and contractors, ensuring safety and high quality of work.
