Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' Foreman experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proven track record of completing construction projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction activities, including allocation of resources and materials.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other construction workers.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and other team members to provide updates on project status.
• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including daily logs and material orders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
