Placements24 is seeking a Senior Construction Foreman to lead on-site operations in Bloemfontein, supervising trades, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring safety and quality on diverse building projects.

You will read construction plans, enforce safety regulations, manage material delivery and on-site staging, monitor progress, and report issues to the project manager to ensure timely, compliant project completion. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Foreman to lead on-site operations for diverse building projects in Bloemfontein . As a key leader on the ground, you will be responsible for supervising tradespeople, coordinating daily tasks, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining the quality of workmanship. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of all site personnel, including trades, laborers, and subcontractors.

Requirements
