A Senior Conceptual Creative is a hybrid Copywriter/Art Director role. They should lean towards Copy but also possess basic Art Director capabilities and be willing to learn and upskill as needed.
Senior Concept Creatives are client-facing, conceptual thinkers capable of working independently and collaboratively with other creatives and specialists. They have strong communication skills to visualize and sell their ideas. Their thinking is channel and brand agnostic, capable of considering the entire funnel, from attention-grabbing platform ideas to bottom-of-the-funnel conversion strategies.
This role requires someone who can work efficiently under pressure, collaborating with media and strategy teams from the start. Success in this fast-paced, ever-changing environment depends on a solution-oriented mindset.
Under the supervision of an ACD or Creative Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and ideating campaign ideas, leading them through the funnel from big idea to purchase.
