A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Group-wide communication strategies. Key Responsibilities :

  1. Support the development and execution of a cohesive Group communications plan
  2. Create and manage communications that build understanding of business strategy, vision, and values
  3. Drive Group-wide engagement campaigns and manage flagship communication platforms
  4. Collaborate closely with HR and other departments to embed a strong culture and enhance employee engagement
  5. Develop and maintain internal communication policies, processes, and toolkits
  6. Track, measure and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts
  7. Lead communication elements of change initiatives across the Group
  8. Coordinate engagement calendars aligned to key business events and milestones

Key Requirements :

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in internal communications and employee engagement
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with proven ability to craft impactful content across platforms
  • Skilled in stakeholder relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in digital communication platforms and social media as engagement tools
  • Experience in communication strategy development and execution
  • Background in the manufacturing sector is advantageous
  • Project management capability with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
