24-hour availability during staff travels
A dual-positioncombining :
- Senior Travel Consultant – Managing domestic, regional, and international travel for staff and executives.
- Executive Assistant to Directors – Supporting the Directors with administrative, diary, and personal assistance .
Key Responsibilities
Travel & Logistics
- Full travel management : flights, accommodation, transport, visas, insurance.
- Use of Amadeus CRS and awareness of NDC channels .
- Available 24 / 7 during staff travel for emergencies and changes.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and handle travel documentation.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars and priorities for multiple Directors.
- Coordinate meetings : agendas, minutes, catering, tech setup.
- Handle confidential communication , filing, and document prep.
- Assist with personal and household matters , including family scheduling.
Project & Cross-Functional Support
- Act as liaison between Directors and departments.
- Support special projects , internal comms, and philanthropic initiatives.
- Conduct research, write briefs, and help in decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Matric + Diploma in Office Admin / Management / Travel & Tourism (advantageous).
- 3–5 years in an Executive PA role.
- Experience in corporate travel , specifically with Amadeus and fare / ticketing.
Technical Skills
- Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
- Competent with Zoom / Teams and booking platforms.
- Must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle .
Soft Skills
- Highly organised, discreet, and professional.
- Strong communicator and multi-tasker.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Flexible and proactive; available after hours and weekends.
Location
- Preferably based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) ; East Rand (Gauteng) also considered.
- Office-based position.
