Placements24 is seeking an experienced and certified Commercial Property Valuer to join our client’s established firm in Centurion, Gauteng. You will assess market values for office, retail, and industrial properties, conduct inspections, analyze data, and prepare valuation reports that meet industry standards.

The role requires SACAP registration, at least four years in commercial valuation, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with valuation software.

Qualifikationen

• Professional qualification as a Property Valuer (SACAP registration)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial property valuation
• In-depth knowledge of valuation principles and practices for diverse commercial asset types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with valuation software
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of the Centurion and broader Gauteng commercial property landscape

Aufgaben

• Conduct physical inspections and detailed assessments of commercial properties to determine their condition and features.
• Research and analyze local and regional commercial property market data, including sales, leases, and development trends.
• Apply various valuation methods (e.g., income capitalization, sales comparison, cost approach) to derive property values.
• Prepare accurate, well-supported, and professional valuation reports for clients, lenders, and investors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in property valuation.
• Liaise with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and present findings.
