Qualifications

• Professional Valuer with SACISP Pr.Val. registration.
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in commercial valuation.
• In-depth knowledge of valuation principles, techniques and SA legislation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations of commercial, industrial and retail properties using accepted methodologies.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for clients and financial institutions.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, investment potential and highest and best use.
• Manage a portfolio of valuation assignments with timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior valuers and liaise with clients, owners, agents and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on valuation standards and regulatory changes affecting the market.
