Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Property Studies, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Professional designation such as a Professional Associated Valuer (PAV) or similar, recognized by the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP).
• A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in commercial property valuation, with a strong track record.
• In-depth knowledge of South African property law, valuation methodologies (e.g., income, cost, sales comparison approaches), and market dynamics in Gauteng.
• Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Gauteng region as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects concurrently.
