The ideal candidate has a Master's in Architecture, 9+ years of experience in commercial architecture, and SACAP registration. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumion is required.

• Master's degree in Architecture or closely related field.
• 9+ years of professional experience in architecture with commercial/mixed-use focus.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong portfolio of commercial architectural designs.
• Proficiency in architectural design and BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion).
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and building economics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and developer requirements for commercial properties.
• Professional registration with SACAP.
