Job description

We're looking for a senior South African-qualified Commercial lawyer to join our team and support clients in the financial services, tech, and telecom sectors.

Ideally, you will:

1. Have 6+ years' PQE of commercial legal experience;
2. Have experience leading a team and managing complex matters;
3. Have previous experience with project and data management;
4. Have strong commercial contracts experience, particularly sales contracts, within the financial, tech, or telecom sectors;
5. Have experience advising on contracts from other jurisdictions, especially the UK;
6. Be flexible, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work with a team across different time zones.

You will join a talented, enthusiastic, and collaborative team of lawyers.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an innovative organization and gain exposure to high-quality projects. The roles are predominantly full-time, contract-based positions lasting between 6-12 months, with the possibility of extension.
