Executive Sales Management: Formulate and implement advanced sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing strategic guidance to sales leaders to ensure targets are met.
Effective Communication: Establish and maintain robust communication systems between marketing and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and collaboration.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage long-term budgets, monitor financial progress, and evaluate performance to ensure organizational financial objectives are met.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct high-level performance appraisals of marketing and sales leaders, providing strategic feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.

Business Development: Drive business development efforts by securing new projects for IQVIA-managed teams, particularly from companies divesting their brands or exiting the South African market. These activities will be relevant to multiple projects across various countries in Africa.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management colleagues in medical, finance, sales, and marketing to achieve overarching business objectives.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven Experience: Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing management at an executive level, with a proven track record of success in Africa.
