Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Automotive Body Shop Estimator.
• Proficiency with Audatex, CCS Quick Estimate, or similar estimating software.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, collision repair processes, and labor times.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Certifications in collision repair estimating are advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret vehicle damage reports and diagrams.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures is valued.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles to assess required repairs.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software.
• Identify parts, labor operations, and costs for each repair.
