Join NTT DATA as a Senior Collaboration Technical Architect and make an impact by leveraging your expertise in designing and implementing collaborative solutions that enhance communication, information sharing, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance collaboration solutions aligned with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
3. Assess and recommend collaboration platforms and tools fitting organizational needs.
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and implementation plans.
5. Provide technical guidance during solution implementation and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
6. Support pre-sales activities by analyzing client requirements and preparing technical proposals.
7. Ensure seamless integration of collaboration platforms with existing enterprise systems.
8. Manage proof-of-concept initiatives and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
9. Own the proposed solutions and oversee transition to the delivery team.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT).
• Extensive experience in designing enterprise collaboration solutions and integrating them with other systems.
• Strong knowledge of collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Cisco Webex, Google Workspace) and Contact Center platforms (Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect).
• Deep understanding of network protocols, security, APIs, and data exchange protocols.
• Excellent client engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies is advantageous.
