Qualifications

Job description

As a Senior Cloud Architect , you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based solutions across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Youll work closely with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to deliver scalable and reliable architectures that drive business value.

Duties

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures.
• Evaluate current systems and recommend architectural improvements.
• Lead cloud migration efforts and develop roadmaps for cloud adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
• Establish cloud governance and best practices.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers; act as a thought leader in cloud strategy.
• Stay current with emerging cloud trends and technologies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering,Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in cloud architecture.
• Certificate in TOGAF
• Familiarity with microservices architecture , CI / CD pipelines , and DevSecOps principles.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional , Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Expertise in cloud networking, security, and cost optimization.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code ( Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.

Advanced knowledge & experience in these areas :

• Interpretation of Business Requirements & Logical Designs
• Cloud Cyber-security design experience
