Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager in a sponsor-dedicated model. You will lead country-level study delivery, from start-up to close-out, ensuring adherence to protocol, ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, budget, and timelines.

You will oversee local study teams, start-up activities, risk mitigation, and inspection readiness while collaborating with global teams to support patient recruitment and study success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Significant clinical research experience in CRA, Senior CRA, Study Management, or Clinical Operations.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, and country-specific rules.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across full study lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level study delivery, ensuring protocol, budget, timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Provide leadership to local study teams from start-up to close-out and inspection readiness.
• Oversee country start-up activities including feasibility, site selection, regulatory submissions, and activation.
• Manage study budgets, contracts, site payments, and TMF/eTMF documentation.
• Ensure inspection readiness and collaboration with global study teams to support patient recruitment.
