Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
• Significant clinical research experience in CRA/Senior CRA/Study Management or related Clinical Operations.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP regulations and country-specific requirements.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing clinical studies end-to-end.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Local Study Teams, including CRAs and study support personnel, to deliver studies on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Oversee country-level start-up activities, including feasibility, site selection, regulatory submissions, and site activation.
• Manage study progress at country level, identify risks, implement mitigations, and resolve issues.
• Oversee site monitoring activities and provide guidance to CRAs to ensure protocol compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Ensure management of study budgets, investigator contracts, site payments, systems, and vendor activities within the country.
• Maintain inspection readiness through TMF/eTMF oversight, quality management activities, audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with global study teams and investigators to support patient recruitment and study delivery.
