Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health, clinical, biological, or related fields.
• 8+ years data management experience in biopharma or CRO.
• 6+ years as Data Management Lead.
• GCP knowledge and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the data operations team across the database development process.
• Ensure milestones meet SOPs, WIs, and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Directly manage DM team tasks, objectives, and deadlines.
• Foster open communication with stakeholders to promote collaboration.
• Act as the DM liaison during audits and CAPAs with QA and clients.
• Support DM service delivery with expertise in data management processes.
• Maintain project documentation and generate related reports.
