Job summary

ICON Clinical Research seeks a Principal Clinical Data Standards Consultant to advance SDTM/ADaM libraries and R-based solutions across our clinical development programs. This remote role offers influence on enterprise standards and the evolution of R adoption.

You will mentor staff, design scalable templates, develop R packages and Shiny dashboards, and collaborate with sponsors to ensure regulatory compliance and data quality.

Qualifications

8+ years in clinical trials programming or data standards.
Deep expertise in CDISC SDTM standards with regulatory submission experience.
Proficiency in R programming and hands-on Shiny development.
Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain SDTM and ADaM standards libraries.
Provide consulting on SDTM compliance and standards governance.
Design and develop standardized programming frameworks for reporting and submission.
Develop reusable R packages and Shiny dashboards for data monitoring.
