We're hiring a Senior Client Success Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the talent journey—ensuring a seamless, supported experience for both clients and new hires.

Why This Role Exists

This role is designed to reduce employee attrition, boost engagement, and ensure talent success.

As a Client Success Coordinator, you will act as a strategic partner to clients and talent—driving performance management, professional development, and long-term integration.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Lead onboarding for new clients and serve as their key point of contact.
  2. Talent Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate structured Day 1 inductions and align KPIs with client goals.
  3. Performance & Engagement Monitoring: Conduct regular check-ins, manage feedback, and drive development strategies.
  4. Retention & Growth: Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs), support talent wellbeing, and identify placement expansion opportunities.
  5. Reporting: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and dashboards tracking performance, engagement, and retention.
What You Bring:
  • 3–5 years in client success, HR, or account management roles
  • Experience managing PIPs and driving employee performance
  • Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and performance tracking tools
  • Understanding of international employment markets, especially in Africa
Additional Role Details

This is a % office-based role—you'll work from one of our offices in Sandton, Durban, Cape Town, or Kenya.

Shifts are aligned to USA, Australia, or UK time zones, based on your daily tasks and meetings.

You'll work closely with Career Coaches, Mentors, and the Wellness & Success team to ensure every placement succeeds.
