We’re partnering with a leading financial services player to find a Senior Client Relationship Manager (Strategic Accounts) who will take the reins of key client portfolios and drive revenue growth through exceptional relationship and account management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key, high-value client and intermediary relationships.
  • Build trusted partnerships across multiple platforms – ensuring loyalty, satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Create tailored strategies that align with both client needs and business objectives.
  • Lead internal cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and client service.
  • Stay close to the action—gather insights, identify new opportunities, and grow your impact in insurance, public sector, mining, and industrial sectors.
  • Ensure CRM and partner engagement processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Postgrad is a bonus).
  • 6+ years of strategic account management or relationship development experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the financial services landscape, with experience working with local government, mining, or industrial clients being a strong plus.
  • You’re a natural connector, strong negotiator, and solutions thinker.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and a sharp eye for data and opportunity.
