Senior Client Executive - Risk Management Practice
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management Practice at Marsh.
This role will be based in Sandton, hybrid and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Client Executive, your main focus will be on delivering exceptional service and utilizing your growth mindset to deliver value to a portfolio of large, listed businesses in South Africa.
You will be an expert in insurance broking and you will lead the annual renewal cycle and daily servicing on a portfolio of clients, as well as supporting with claims, risk management and other services. In this role, you will focus on creating and nurturing relationships as a trusted advisor to our clients.
You will work closely with industry experts and the broader client servicing team to bring relevant and innovative solutions to clients, bringing the value of MMC to our clients.

What you need to have:
- 10 years of experience in a similar client-servicing role in insurance, looking after similar sized clients.
- FAIS fit & proper, and AIISA or similar.
- Bachelors degree, preferably in a risk or insurance related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Action-orientated mindset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong presenting skills.
