As a Senior Client Executive, you will focus on delivering exceptional service and value to a portfolio of large, corporate businesses in South Africa. You will leverage your expertise in insurance broking to lead the annual renewal cycle and daily servicing of clients, while also supporting claims and other services. This role emphasizes relationship building and collaboration with industry experts to provide innovative solutions.

Build and nurture strong relationships through continuous client engagement.
Manage the renewal cycle and daily servicing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional client experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Understand clients’ businesses, industries, and risks, translating that knowledge into practical solutions.
Stay informed about the insurance market and industry shifts, adapting strategies as needed.
What you need to have:
Minimum of 8 - 10 years appropriate experience in large corporate client service delivery function within insurance area – is a must.
FAIS compliance.
Relevant formal qualification and AIISA (or similar).
Minimum 150 credits and have passed RE 5 Examination.
Proficiency in English.
Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
