Hire Resolve's Client is seeking to hire a Senior Clerk to join their team at their accounts firm in Sunningdale, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft Annual Financial Statements using Draftworx
Conduct Independent Reviews and compile related reports
Perform detailed analysis and interpretation of Financial Statements
Provide support and guidance to junior clerks in resolving queries
Engage with existing and prospective clients through meetings and consultations
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
4–6 years of proven experience in an accounting role
Relevant tertiary qualification (Honours degree is an added advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level)
Working knowledge of Sage and Xero accounting systems
Familiarity with Draftworx software (beneficial)
Background in audit processes and procedures
Completion of SAICA/SAIPA articles (advantageous)
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, office-based role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
The Senior Clerk primarily operates within an office setting and may occasionally be required to work outside of normal hours to meet deadlines, handle urgent issues, or support special projects.
